I am putting my engine back together but dont have the valve adjustment specs, any one have them ? Please

Its for a 1981 22r

.008 intake, .012 exhaust hot..... or run .007 and .011cold and redo them hot.

EDIT: provided your using the stock cam. If not, go w/ what the cam specs call for
