How much is a good fuel injected 350 with panless wiring harness worth?

Also what is rebuilt 700r4 worth?

Dana 300?

They're worth what you're willing to pay for them.
Browse through EBay and you'll find ballpark figures.
Also check the classifieds here.

Yep, I allways try the classifides on here to get a good idea of what things are worth.
