Yup, the kick outs work great 'cuz I'm not a very good driver. <IMG SRC="smilies/biggrin.gif" border="0"> <IMG SRC="smilies/laughing.gif" border="0">

Woodymjw, I have a set for sale, we build sliders regularly if there's something special you want, let us know. Our design or yours, no problem.

Kongs 4x4 in Phoenix custom made mine, I prefer bars that are tucked in closer, Arizona trails tend to be pretty narrow at times, and I have seen the wider style get in the way of getting the rear wheels to climb obsticales.

Interesting notes here........

One side says "kick outs keep me off obstacles" and the other side says "don't want kick outs to prevent the rear tire from climbing obstacles"......any other comments?
I run modified Smitty's myself and leave the rear open for "climbing" over obstacles...

Any other comments? <IMG SRC="smilies/blender.gif" border="0">

I personally run nurfs without kick outs and I admit I am a nurf driver. I put it on the nurfs anytime possible to keep it off the body as well as it guides my rear tire up onto the rock and lines me up for the next obsticle (when it tight places, i.e. sluice box). But to each his own.
