The issue could be.
1. The shackles are loose (or what it sounds like play in the brackets between them and the frame spring hanger due to a undersized bushing). This will cause the axle to move every so slightly side to side.
2. The lift changed your draglink angle so it made the problem worse.
3. Tires. (Yes funny, but when my SX's got warn they caused some nasty wobble)
Go back through make sure ALL your shackles are tight, your spring hangers are tight, your bushings ARE touching and are the correct size. Make sure all your steering components are snugged up too. I added some washers to shim a shackle to make it line-up 100% once on my jeep and that helped too.
