I have a Ford 8.8 out of a 2002 Ranger FX4. This is a 31 spline heavy duty rear end for the ranger. It has a torsen limited slip, 4.10 gears, and I added disk brakes. Located in Binghamton, NY. I can possibly deliver if you aren't too far. $400

2002 Golf TDI 5 speed 4 door 160k. Awesome $2k beater or great swap bait. Plymouth NH.
Current daily driver. Runs great, dead nuts reliable. ALH is the best TDI engine evar. Gets 50 mph if you drive like my dad. Check engine light comes on occasionally for an EGR code. Comes on for a day, goes off for weeks. Passes OBD easily.
Exterior is decent, especially at night. Has had some rust, all fixed. Has plenty of minor dents and scratches, but no accidents ever. Original black paint except where I've rattle canned spots.
Interior is fairly ragged but still comfy and fully usable. Rear hatch only opens from the inside latch but I conveniently busted apart the rear trim panel so it's easy to get to. AC and stereo work great.
ABS and brake lights currently on. Needs rear sensors and reluctor rings. Parts included. I may even get around to replacing them.
New alternator, front control arms, front coils within the last 20k. Brakes all around including rear calipers. Parking brake is pretty sticky though. Timing belt was done at the dealer around 100k.
Tires are fair, I will throw in (4) studded snows with *maybe* 5k miles on them. Pretty much still new. Mounted on factory steelies.
So yeah, basically a cheap car ready to drive. Or, a whole drivetrain for swap in a handy carrying case. I just need something bigger. Yours for the low low price of two thousand bucks.
Dana 60 ARB 35 spline locker 4.10 down. Compact air compressor, all wiring, air line, fittings to install. All the seals were replaced when installed. Ran for 2 years in my 79 Ford 60. Everything you need to install in your axle, and run. Locker is in perfect working order. $500 located in PA 19460
