Recently I came across a 205 transfer case that has been out of commission for a while so it needs a complete overhaul I'm just curious to how much that would run me. I'm out here in SoCal just north of long beach if anyone has suggestions of a place I can take it to as well

its gona run you about 5 hrs of what ever the shop rate is where you take it. plus parts.

NP 205 is not that complicated, buy a rebuild kit and do it yourself. Lots of parts Most bearings and seals are easy to find at parts store, if you need other parts try Transfer case parts, transfercase parts 241,263,271
