see if the one on the e4od is notched already. otherwise you may need to notch it.

theres guys runing em here that had pan clearance problems.

I have a question for ya....

Hey bro, I am in the same boat apparently. I am having some serious clearance issues. There are some guys out here in CA tellin me to use a n/p 241d transfer case....Any thoughts?? Jeremy

your stuck runnin the smaller yoke on the front output. or clocking it. seems clocking it wont work either. i have been thinkin of runnin the 241 d myself as i keep hurting the 208's. have not checked to see what input shaft will swap into it though. as i recall the input is 27 or 31. didnt fit on the ford output right.

go with the 205 very strong and yoy probably only have to notch the adapter for the shift rail
