Glad to hear you've got rolling on the cage. You'll have to bring it by when it is done. Tim has found an engine and tranny for his swap, now he needs to find a split case as his was full of chunks and at one point, someone had welded, yes WELDED the PTO/Input gear back together where it had broken at the hub <IMG SRC="smilies/eek.gif" border="0"> Scary! <IMG SRC="smilies/rolleyes.gif" border="0">
The steering box overhaul is really easy. The main thing is to take your time. The hardest part I've found on those is the main seal at the control valve input shaft - A lot of times that seal is really stubborn. Just takes some patience so that you don't scratch up the input shaft trying to dig the seal out of the bore. Do you have a shop manual? If not I can copy the pages for you...Just lemmie know.
