Looks very cool but i have one prob with it, How are u susposed to put a motor and tranny in that thing? Looks like everything is welded.

Awesome buggy, I bet its goin to perform as good as it looks. One question - what sheet metal are you using for those sides panels? Thanks and more PICS!

1/8" steel. added about 40# to the rig, but if it keeps us from having to hang new sides every time we brush a rock or a tree, its 40# well spent :)

How bout a little info on the 61 rear with ARB. How did you do that? My buddy has a 61 and is wondering how you got the ARB in the 61.

well, to use 4.10 dana 61 gears, in a dana 61, you have to buy a ARB for 4.56 and numerically higher ratio. as i understand, for other ratios, it gets complicated. sandy cone supposedly sells a spacer to allow the use of dana 60 gears/lockers in the 61..

since were using the klune V 4:1 and automatic, we didnt think we need anything lower than 4:10 to 1... we will see.
