118V to each leg.

Continuity through the element confirmed.

No heat though.

Ideas?

Regular oven works.

When you select broil, the fans kick on and everything like the oven is processing what its supposed to do

Is the broiler element the same as or even close to the oven element? Try switching them. I've seen heater elements that show continuity cold but as soon as you put current thru them they open up. By the time you unhook it to retest it sombish shows good again. Had a water heater kick my ass in similar fashion until I switched the two elements and the problem moved with the element... :flipoff2:

What are you referencing? How about across the element itself?

Is this a 115V or 208V Oven?
