Specifically... something that will work in the appendix carry position as well as 4-5 o' clock.

I need something more comfy for carry at work. If my shirt is untucked, I've been using a cheap Uncle Mike's size 1, but it's far from the pinnacle of holsters.

I like the style of the clip on the Desantis Sof-Tuck, but I don't like how cheesy the holster itself looks.

Any recommendations? At work I can sometimes get away with my shirt untucked, but I need to keep looking slightly professional and that generally means tucked in buttoned shirts, polos, and nicer fishing shirts during the summer.

938 for work with shirt tucked, I'd look at pocket carry with a superfly...

Hmmm, pocket carry may be an option. I may have to try one of those out.

It's not the looks, it's build quality, how it fits, and does it allow me to tuck a shirt in easily.

If the Desantis holds up alright, I may give it a go for as cheap as it is. The clip looked like it would work for what I'm doing far better than many of the others.

I have one of those mid section strap holders, but I found it sucks pretty bad in the heat down here.

Same gun, same carry position, same problems. I haven't ordered one yet, but I think this is the best option.

AIWB Holster: JM Custom Kydex

Lead time is 6-7 weeks and there are a lot of options as to how to configure it, so I've bee messing with some cheap holsters to see what I like and what I don't.

AIWB holsters are different because you need to tuck the butt of the pistol into your abs, need it to ride high enough to get a full grip on it without it tipping forward, and it needs to stay put in a small area while still moving with you.

I'll add more later, following this.
