I have a buddy Josh who is a member of WTO, he bought some springs from Nwor for his 94 toy pickup and there 2 inches two long so the shackles ride on the frame, he has contacted them numerous times and drove there three times to. They basically tell him its his problem and since they have all ready been installed there LIMITED warranty is up.
So he is writing a letter to Better buisness burrow (They probly allready have a stack) and to a couple off road magazines about his problem and their great customer service.

Basically he just wanted to know if anyone has had similar problems.

Has anyone on this bbs ever seen a NWOR employee on the trails? I have been wheeling for years and have never come across one of them on the trails. I just wonder if they actually use their products.

From what i understand their main business is overseas. Specifically australia. Imagine getting springs warrantied from there. As far as i am concerned they have no warranty policy.

i never had an issue with them, but apparently a lot of people have.
one thing i know is they are not that reasonable and their shit aint that great.
i and i am sure every other real toy boy is super stoked to have vendors like AP, marlin, AOR, rockstomper and such building kick ass stuff for the toys fianlly, shit it only took what 20 years before we could get cool stuff.

so yeah nwor and downey can bite, and do

thanks again to those other vendors as well as POR and everyone here for any help advice or even flaming that needs to happen from time to time.

Who are you trying fool? NWOR has a terrible attitude. They don't know shit about their products or their competitor's products. The funny part is that I don't think they care.

As for Allpro, they know their shit. They may be a little arrogant(not a bad thing), but at least their helpful.

NWOR I have had problems with them too. but when

I called them they didn't laugh at me because I drive a differnt truck than them..

They didn't insult my club or club members

They didn't kick club members off there property.

They didn't talk chit about our trucks

NWOR I had a problem with there coils and they were nice, and willing to help with my coils...

Personal experienc thats all.. I would never buy from either!!!

But don't get your pannies in a bunch I wouldn't buy from Downey either

Maybe I'm just a prude...But if a company sales products for you truck they probally shouldn't bash your truck or club online..

Who knows maybe I'm wrong...

Why do you think NWOR had to turn to the mail order market? No locals would buy from them. They are jerks in person and their stupid step side show truck on 44"s has never been out of the show room floor. As for having the wrong truck, I wanted some rancho shocks for my old ford and they wouldn't even help me. Bunch of posers who are only in business because people are gullible enough to buy from them.
