I was doing my daily check on Tom's photos from Iraq, and noticed a 55 with ambulance doors???

I guess it's a 3rd world thang.

Keep Tom and all of our guys in your thoughts and prayers...I ventured over into For Sale tonite and there are a number of PBB guys with stuff for sale because they are being shipped out.......

I've seen them in another photo that was taken in Australia but it was kind of like this picture, you can't see realy how they are mounted and if the body of the 55 is different in back. I've tried to look them up in service manuals and parts guides a bunch of times but have never seen a listing that showed they ever existed. The only proof I' ve seen is in a couple of bad pictures. Does anyone have more info on these becasuse I want to find a set.

There was a super nice one for sale a while back on ebay. I think it had been imported from South America.

There's pictures of it on Morgan's website. It's green and white.

I don't think it is a "news " site, I seem to remember it is an archives site for associate newspapers to access file photos &.stories...................course I could be wrong.

Also had different rear turnsignals on the early years, and seating capactity of 10? (jump seats in the back like a *J40)

barn doors are actually very common outside of the U.S.

shaka, the body isnt too different outside of the actuall door area, the rear side corners have a little more heft to support the hinges and of course you dont have that sunken in look at the rear window.
