I know you cannot "block" the sluice, but last year there seemed to be more "spectatoring" than actual cleanup work.

Last year ALOT of folks busted their ass cleaning up, but it appeared that a few folks just showed up for the party and hung out at the sluice and ADDED trash that needed to be cleaned up[/EDIT]

mebbe a couple of pirate club members would take on the role of Drill Sergeant, to get fthe spectators off their butt and keep the work goin and defer the play till later in the day.

If *everyone* busts ass for a few hours it gets done fast.

I will be up there without a rig. I will probably do what I did last year when my XJ broke.

We walked a few miles of the trail from were I broke to Ellis. Along the way Sara and I picked up a ton of trash.

One thing we always need is more people actually able to haul out the trash. We could use people bringin in empty trailers or leaving their truck beds empty.
