Hey Buzzard go to
Tacoma Territory They should help you out better there. Most on this board have no sway bars or give a rats ass about handling, it's for wheelin' talk. Later

Is that the thing that I threw in the trash right after I bought the truck? Permanant swaybar disconnects.

Guess you guys told me eh? Sorry I lit the fuse, just thought I might get some usefull feedback instead of useless banter. I actually work for Toyota North America here in Kentucky & have an 87 4 runner with 350V8. Chris Geiger should know, he sold me the SAS kit & Rr suspension. I run welded in the rear & detroit in the front. I've crawled probably more rocks in the KY mountains than most of you. Thanks for the newbie comment, but I've been lurking for almost a year. Also I've been a subscriber to the off-road.com list for maybe 2.5 yrs. I agree sway bars do suck off road, but lets get real, do you like it on road? Didn't think so. Actually have a couple front ones hanging in the garage myself. Check my rig out on www.Kyoffroad.com under readers rigs. My name is Paul.

I must be the only one who's ever gone through the effort of putting a sway bar back on after the SAS on my rockcrawling commuter car!!!

Nice rig, Paul, but if you've been lurking here that long, you should know better than to ask a question like that here!

Hey new guy.. Don't lesson to these a-holes...But one guy was right try the tacoma board most of them take there saw bars off and throw them in the corner of the garage.. you could probally make a old factory front bar work for the rear!!

Good luck!

Don't send him over there...LOL. We have enough people wanting to know about Supercharges and K&N filters...LOL.

I feel the same way. I couldn't care less about how it runs on the street. If I was conserned with that I would have bought a car!

I must disagree with most of you. Allot of us have DD that are not our trail rigs. The car or trucks we drive to work every day and see only street miles. I know that this bbs is a wonderful scource for vast technical advice. One of the first places I would go for technical advice is here to this bbs, even if it is for info regarding my DD. As we all can see, he just wants advice not criticism on his choice of daily transportation. I say get an old front sway bar and fab something up.
