It is common practice for welders to burp the trigger at the end of a weld in order to fill in the crater. Other way is to reverse direction to fill in the crater, craters are bad and will eventually crack if stressed any amount. One thing that got my attention. When he's welded, darn near every time when he stops the weld, there's one last little POP that happens just after the welds stops.
What is this? Is it an effect of a different electrical setup over seas? Or is he actually bumping the trigger for whatever reason after each weld run?
