1993 Ford Econoline - Cummins Diesel 4x4

I am in the middle of a build. I bought a 1993 Ford E350 with a 351W. I have removed the entire factory drivetrain and installed a 12 Valve Cummins, NV4500 manual transmission, Divorced NP205, Dana 60 Front, and Sterling 10.25 rear.

I have a high volume hydraulic pump run off the engine that will be powering a hydraulic winch, and I am currently designing the hydraulic system. I have not yet selected a hydraulic cooler, but I have no room for one in the front of the rig. I have plenty of room, however, for it in the undercarriage. I would like to protect it from stumps, rocks, and anything else, but I'm also concerned with it getting caked with mud, reducing the effectiveness of the cooler.

Does anyone have pics of how they have setup any type of cooler (radiator, trans, oil, etc.) in an undercarriage, and how they protected it against the off road elements? Couple pics below, when purchased, and after the new drivetrain and 35s were put under it.
