Quick check is the fuel pump test jumper:

It'll make sure the fuel pump is running while starting. If the test helps, then look at the circuit opening relay, if it doesn't help, you've eliminated that possibility.

Any stored codes in the ECU? And what are the "hard start" symptoms?

Cold start

When its cold, and when you try and start it, is the cold start injector getting voltage. Hook a meter up to the injector plug and see if it gets a pulse. Or pull the injector and see if there is fuel when your starting it (when its cold). It there fuel? Too much fuel?

Start working backwards from there. Like posted before, what are your symptoms? When it finally starts, is there lots of smoke?

no codes in the ecu, the symtoms, If i leave the key on the on postiton for 5 to 7 min, without starting, it seems to start faster than just cranking for a while.
