put another dana 35 in my yj, now i have a vibration when accelerating. if i push in clutch or let off throttle it goes away, only i am powering in to it.. any ideas.

kinda sounds like it might be a u-joint.

was it a used axle? might be a bearing. If it isn't then it is probably a u joint. How much lift you got?

Check you U-joints, if they're ok, feel for play in the pinion, you might have a bad bearing?

U-joint. I bet it does it under decelleration too

I'd go in order of u-joint, pinion slop, or bearing wear, have you checked the torque on the axle u-bolts?
