^ these. its a cheap shackle flip, and works fine.

buy 2, drill out the rivets on your factory tension style rear shackle hangers (four rivets per hanger)

get rid of blocks, and install spring hangers. (youll have to drill 4 new holes for these to mount to the frame, might get away with just drilling 3 per side)

you may have to add a shim to drop the pinion back down or cut and reweld your spring perches.

i dont know how good you are with fabricating or designing parts but this is a somewhat inexpensive mod. as your 16 i dont think youre rolling in dough.

use the springs you have, they ride nice and flex well
edit: this will allow you to use the stock shackles as well
8 7/16" bolts 1" long is what i used for mine IIRC

ditch the blocks, get some stock size u bolts, get some 4" skyjacker springs for your application, get a shackle flip kit from anyone, tons of companies make em, go with sky they have some badass ones, and throw some 8" shackles on it. that should give you about 7-9" of lift. why so tall??
