It's me Craig, but like Brandon said, he's not even returning my calls or calling me when he said he would. I tried to help him out, and he agreed to the help, but it ain't happening. So I guess this is as good a time as any to say hold off on Redline products. Several of us are still in limbo and we don't know if we will see our parts or not.

Sorry Keith, but you have run out of excuses and time my friend, the only fault I take is that I trusted you. As far why your bussiness went bad, take a look in the mirror and you'll see the reason.

Customers are the life of a bussiness, and must be treated with respect and deserve to have their expectations met.

If you or your wife read this I want you to know it is here because you failed to follow through with our agreement and the people of Pirate deserve to know the outcome because I promised them I would post it and I keep my word!

I appologize to the Board for bringing this crap up again.

Damn,
Not to start another thread, but the advantage of using a credit card is that you can reverse the charges! If you guys have not done this by now.... <IMG SRC="smilies/confused.gif" border="0">

I was able to get a complete refund that way, hopefully other people can do the same thing.

You have to dispute the charges within a set time period though, I'm still arguing with my C.C company though.

On the credit card thing if you charged with a Visa don't believe them if they insist you have only 60 days to dispute, you actually have 120. I had to argue with the issuer for a while before they finally admitted that was the case and credited my account.

Following Art's advice, I contested my charge ($2600) on tuesday. Today my account has been credited the full amount. That was fast!

Thanks again Art!
