What's the trick to removing a lockright from a toy 8 inch. It's been several years since I installed it and need to get it out for my buddy. Any tips? Thanks!

Just pull it out, and make sure you have a set of spiders and side gears to replace it with, or throw a different locker in.

Knock out the cross pin.
Then remove all the 4? springs in the locker. I used a small flat head screwdriver.
I think then I moved all the pins so that I could pull out one of the center gears. Then pulled the other center gear, then the two side gears. At least, that's how I think it went...
