Peter... I am going to make my own from round polyurethane stock that I can turn down to any diameter or length on my lathe. My trail 45 will get a 1.5" or 2.0" body lift from these poly blocks. I need to research the best hardness for body mounts and will then make an order. If you are interested, I can order enough for three sets and make some up for you.

Anyone have experience with different hardness qualities of polyurethane to recommend a composition that would be best for use as a body mount???

What did you guys end up doing? I assume Medusa you made your own. What material and durometer did you end up with?

It looks like an early FJ40 enerrgy suspension kit (12 square) plus two more square ones and two round FJ55 mounts could do the trick? I count 14 square and two round on my lwb p/u.
