Thats in the works, I am trying to pick up a few xtra cases to make them up and have them on the shelf for an exchange program. I am just fiishing the first 3 then I have #4 for the shelf.

The new site goes Live JAN 1st
nice,Looks good. Now if you make the tracker case mate to a dana 300 that would be the next up grade that I would be intrested in buying.
OK, Kinda out of it I guess. What is it and what does it connect from / to?

It is a track/kick tranny (auto or 5 speed) with a modified track/kick transfer case that attaches to a Samurai t-case. It gives you dual t-cases with a ton of gearing options and it leaves your Sammi t-case in the stock mountying location. It is a great setup with proven performance.
I'm also intrested in a track/kick to d300 or yota.

I will be looking at those next
That's awesome, especially the exchange idea. Are you going to need just the Sidekick box for core or both Samurai and Sidekick boxes?
only the kick box is modified. the sami box is stock.
we just need to kick box and slip yoke, from the kick trans.
you need to come up with a name for that thing, like 'Rock Sloth' or something:p. If you can keep up with demand you will sell a bunch of those.

Here is a pic of what I am working on:
-hybred almost wireless 4-speed auto -to- toyota T-case, or as I like to call it 'HAW4SA-TTC' :D

So, if I di what I am planning and install my 1.6 8V engine, transmission, and transfer case, I can use this to attatch my Sammie Transfer case and it will be in the same spot? That is great!
If I send in my SideKick Transfer case do you modify it along with mounting the reduction box? What is the total cost for something like this and also the time table?
I am wanting to install the SideKick drivetrain and Toy axles all at the same time since I am going to have to borrow a garage to do the work.

I have the first 3 to finish right now, then I have one spare for the shelf so it should be a turn around of days ( HOW LONG IT TAKE TO BOX AND SHIP). This will keep the zuk case in its stock location. I need the Kick box and a slip yoke. You recieve the moded case and all adapters ready to bolt to your supplied zuk case. Cost is $675. with out the 8 month wait. Provided I can keep one on the shelf, Since people heard we are doing these I didnt realize there was such a demand. It looks as though all my time will be making boxes.
Will the case need to be gutted before shiped to you or leave complete?

Either or doesnt matter as long as I get the output shaft with the case.

Cool...sounds like 3 lucky guys huh????:D ...:flipoff2:

Hello Rockrat,

I assume your statement is based on using the stock 1.3 in stock location, an adapter to the kick tranny as well as a 1,6l tranny bellhousing, correct?

If so: Could you please let me know the overall length of the combo from front end of bellhousing to t-case rear output shaft?

Could you also please post a pic showing where the kick t-case shifter lever is mounted and how much space for movement it needs?

I have a different engine, a home made tranny tunnel and a longer tranny-bellhousing and would like to figure out if / how your new creation would fit.

Thanks in advance.

Best regards,

Norbert
