I did the same thing, 2X2X1/4" wall square tubing. Very easy to build, even if you're new to doing your own fab work. I cut the rockers off just below the door seal to fit the sliders. Very strong and didn't sacrifice much, if any, rocker clearance.

Not the best pic, but it's the best I have on my comp:

Not sure how the rockers are put together on a Blazer, but on my Bronco I just bolted the sliders through the door sills. Hold the slider in place with a jack, drill the holes, tap the slider holes and bolt everything up. Not the best solution, but it works :D

I used 2X3 1/4 wall square tube.

see, i told you he had nothing better to do................:flipoff2:

that is a good deal on some custom sliders.;)
 The wife is at work, and the kids are with the grandparents, Ive also quit smoking, so saying I have nothing better to do is not far from the truth!

Now for the tech: It is a good deal and judging by that pic RZ does some work, but I would rather make the investment in a welder and go round up some 2' x 2" x 1/4" tube and make my own.
