You'll need 1.25" more than the stock tailgate to clear Tuffy boxes, fuel cells, etc. Measured from the plastic covering the stock striker assembly.

Total price for the tailgate is $484.26 with shipping to anywhere in the lower 48 states. Assembly shouldn't take more than a couple hours max.
