Something new for the 2010 RROCK event year:
There will be a racing event….totally separate from the RROCK
Rockcrawl series.
This is how this will work. The RROCK Rockcrawl series will happen
Like it always has……with 4 stages for each class.
AFTER the rockcrawl events are finished the racing will start.
Teams that crawl can choose to race or not and teams that didn’t
Crawl can just race.
The RROCK points and series points will be totally separate.
The racing will begin a new event.
The racing will consist of 2 tracks being ran at the same time.
Teams will first be drawn for track 1 or track 2 and then for running
Order in their track.
$25 fee to race with 100% payback divided up between the winners
Of track 1 and track 2.
There will not be series fees or payouts for the racing for our first year.
The RROCK safety rules will apply to the racing and it is just one class "Run what you brung"

Please spread the word. We believe this is an extra addition to the events
For the teams as well as the spectators.

ALL teams…crawling and/or racing need to get me their team/vehicle and sponsor
Info ASAP for the event brochure.

First event is April 17th!
Don’t forget the Quincy Mall RROCK promo March 27th and 28th. I need to know
How many teams will be there.

Trails remain open for trail riding during all RROCK events.

Please call or email with any questions.
Thanks,
Debbie

Debbie,
When you say AFTER, do you mean the same day (Saturday) or will this be a new Sunday event? I can see this being a really long day on Saturday if you try to do it after the RRock event and awards. We are in either way. May just give us an excuse to bring more rigs!!! Can't wait.

The racing will take place directly after the crawling on the same day.
We have dropped one stage for each class for the crawling events.
Last year each class ran 5 stages, this year each class will run 4.
This should give ample time for 2 lanes of fastness :)

If there are teams that plan on just racing this year,
please email me your team/sponsor info.....info needed
is on the RROCK 2010 site.
I'll create an additional page(s) for the racing teams that
won't be participating in the crawling in the RROCK brochure.

:)A reminder to all teams.....I need your team info for the event brochure that I'm working on.

Also, got word of a new Pro Mod team...her Daddy called. She's a 17 year old Eastern Texan driving a brand new Dean Bulloch rig. Now we'll see if Branden can keep his concentration on the courses :)

Lisa, I haven't gotten any team info from Alan or Thomas for this year. Please remind them that I need it ASAP for the full color event brochure that I'm working on.
Thanks!
