These are for the 2.7 engine in a Tacoma. I know it isn't a hardcore rockcrawler or anything but lots of you guys are very technical people.

Could anyone explain the benefits of a tri-header design like what NWOR makes and a 4 into 1 design like Downey and LC Engineering make. Which is better. One is about $100 more than the other.

Well you won't get much NWOR support here, or Downey for that matter, but I think woth the Taco you have few choices. Does LC Engineering make one for it yet? They seem to be the place to go to for older 4 bangers.

Tri-y headers make more low end torque, but are more expensive to build. 4 into 1's make power on the top end but can actually cost some bottom. I would go tri-y if that option was available. Just my .02
