Just recently swapped my 80 2F block for a 77 2F block (it was free, that's why) and in the process lost my stock power steering mount. Does anyone have any options for mounting a Saginaw pump to the 2F. I did a search and most of what I came up with was to use the smog pump mount, which is not an option for me as my cruiser is a 1980 and I'm in Ca. Any Help? Thanks, Drew

Mine is a custom bracket that uses Jeremiah's approach...the front two head bolts. I am also still using my smog pump in the stock location. I'm running a Napa belt and the routing isn't the best because it runs across the top of the PS pulley and then almost straight down to the smog pump pulley.

It's been that way for about 4 years now and I haven't had any problems with it yet.

I'll see if I can get a picture of it.
