The HDS series has become the standard HOWEVER, some of the older models are still around and are a good value for those that can't afford the nicer features of the HDS units. After shopping around a bunch 3 years ago, we decided on the HDS-7...would have loved the 9 for the bigger screen, but really, the 7 is truly enough for what we do.
