Assuming I'm understanding you, every t-case I know of lets you go 2->4Hi and 4Hi->2 while in motion. The auto T-cases let you go 4Lo->4Hi in motion, you probably shouldn't do that to often with the manual T-case.
You can't (and don't want to) go 4Hi->4Lo in motion. Any wheel speed higher than about 5mph will skyrocket the RPMS, and shred stuff.
why the hell do you care? did you buy it to shift cool, or to wheel? Anyway I dont think it can work because the gears are spinning at different speeds and correct me if im wrong, but i dont think there are syncros
