Damn! that's a pretty good deal, with the bell housing and all. I was just in So-Cal too.

Best deal I ever got on a 420 was at a garage sale, 20 bucks. I've been running that same tranny now for about three or four years

From the casting number, it is an early version of the tranny (Aug. 55), so it may not have the seal on the input shaft.
