i keep reading about orbit eyed spring eyes and how i guess they flex like mad? ive got so far that they like pivot to relieve the spring of the torsional movement...but could someone show a pic of one? i cant picture it. thanks!

Check out AOR4x4.com I think that's it. They work killer. FJjunkie is the California distributor and is currently working on a kit because you need wider spring mounts.

it takes some cutting and welding to install they will not fit in the stock spring hangers ..

It is a spherical mount for the spring to pivot in as side loads act on the axle.

That's freakin' kewl!!!!!!!!!

no they dont fit in any spring but the ones they are built on .
they run $450 a pair right now and the hangers i am still working on ..
i will keep this board updated on any info ..

The spring being u-bolted to the spring pad on the axle housing won't let the spring turn, and the general weight of the rig. The eye won't do anything intill the axle goes into it's articulation range of motion..
