My friend has a 78 CJ7 and is looking for soft doors that will work with a hard top. He had an 81 hard top on his 78, but the soft door that he tried on it did not line up with the roof at the very top of the door.

Anyone run soft doors with a Hardtop on a CJ7? If so, what are you using?

Thanks! <IMG SRC="smilies/biggrin.gif" border="0">

What, you're not supposed to ask Jeep related questions in the Jeep forum?

There are two types one made to fit the factory top and the Best Top type that will fit hard tops. If the top rear portions of the doors are square, they are the factory Jeep stile that only fit Jeep soft-tops. If they are curved they will fit the hard top.
