New Listing. 9-2-14

This place is really cool! Cross the bridge at the end of a dead end road into your own piece of paradise! The house is 2010sf. technically a 3 bedroom, but has an office that could be easily converted. New roof, Newer windows, new paint and flooring.

The Shop is a large 3 car with extra storage space and room for your tools. 220v ready to go. + A FULL BATHROOM!

2500 Gallon Water Tank. Well is flowing good with a new filtration system.

2+ flat, usable acres in the front yard. You could literally park 10+ Trailers here no problem with room to turn around. Room for a shooting range into the hillside. Could build a dirtbike track, pool, zipline, etc. Home/Septic/Well were all inspected a couple years back and were all in great shape. HVAC was replaced in 2006' Roof in 2011.

This is off Green Valley rd. and just minutes off the Greenstone exit.

Asking $450,000.

Ask me about financing and pick this up with as little as 5% down conventional. This would also allow you to stay under a jumbo loan and the rates for 30 yr fixed are about 4.5% depending on credit scores.

they should be motivated
they paid 270K for it in 2011 and want 479K now :shaking:
Sellers have thrown a Ton of money into it since purchased. And what alternative do you have for a 2ksf+ house, shop, on 5 acres on the west side of P-ville? Slim pickins out there under $500k.

Its a garage not a shop.................

(In a Hillary Clinton voice) "WHAT DIFFERENCE DOES IT MAKE!" :flipoff2:

Its far enough from the house that the wife can't just open the door and ask you to fix something... I'd call that a shop... :D
