Looking for a source for a spanner wrench for the lash adjusters on a 9"...

Seems like it should be simple enough to make one, any reason I shouldn't go this route? Need to swap out a grenaded detroit from my front 9".

Thanks - Jim

You can easily make one out of some flat bar stock and a couple of nuts and bolts installed the correct distance apart, have two sets of holes in mine and it fits my Toyota rear end's adjusters too!:D

I used my Dana 44 hub bearing tool to adjust many a 9". Since you already got it for your front end, makes sense to use it on your 9" adjusters.

Just pick it up, and plug it in. Works like it was made for the application.

I have always used the little tool that removes the wheels from my 4.5 inch grinder, its a spanner wrench, and fits just fine.
Best part is for 35$ it comes with a grinder too :D
