Pro Comp springs ssuck. They are to stiff to even try to find out. Some people claim they are better when used as SOA. I also wouldn't try to remove a leaf to make them softer as it will make the spring weaker, they are alraedy pretty weak, I've bent two. They also seem shorter than normal on my YJ, they are causing almont a negative shackle angle which ads to the flex problem. Like I said, they are trash, find somthing else.

Only 5 more day till I toss mine and go SOA.

I've heard alot about how they suck....
My brother did have them on his yj for a while. 4inch procomp and extended shackles...maybe an inch?
It flexed very well. Open up the spring clamps to let the springs fan out better too.

Click here for some flex pics...these are all before he went SOA.
The tires would stuff very well into the fenders and he ended up trimming alot even after TJ flares...

Front 5 leaf - 287
Rear 4 leaf - 228

Have the fronts on my 84 - very flexy, but were too soft to be used when prerunning - had to add an extra long leaf. They are a good low cost alternative. Cost $122 to my door.
