I'm building a custom dual rear airbag fourlink suspension for my F450, instead of welding this kit directly to my S110 rear diff. I think I'd prefer to attach it via square U-bolts but I haven't been able to find a source for some 3/4" Square U-bolts. The inside width needs to be at least 4 1/8 wide and the length somewheres around 11" long. You guys have an idea where I may find these or have them custom made???

Thanks!!!

wvmracer821, I couldn't get around that annoying zopim white page!!! However I do appreciate it!!!

MNorby, thank you sir for the lead!!!

It seems like a found a good source and they have them in grade 8!!! Stengel Bros. Inc. - Steering| Suspension| Air Ride Specialists has a nice variety and looks like that's going to be a good source to get 'em!!! I was thinking I was going to need at least a 1/4" to clear the 4" square tubing I'm needing these for but hopefully the 1/8" width will do the job!!! And at $16 each, which includes the washers and nuts is a good deal!!!

Man I really appreciate all the help gentlemen and I do plan on creating a build thread here in the very near future so you guys can critique my project!!!

Thanks again fellas!!!!

There are also domed leaf spring plate to use round ubolts over flat axle housings/springs. Any truck dismanteler will have a stack of them.

ATS spring, Harleysville PA

Thanks!!! That's another good source as well and they have them in stock. When I get home this evening I'm going to remeasure the length just to make sure before I place the order!!!

Heck, I may even go with 7/8" just for good measure since both companies offer them in that diameter as well.... I suppose it can never be too strong, right??? Plus I kinda like to overbuild things a bit... The only penalty is just a bit more weight and that's not going to be an issue with this build!!!

Thanks again, all you guys help is very, very much appreciated!!!

I would offer these up but i may still need them.

My buddy might have a set ill have to check.
Most lift kits for the trucks that use those (what year did they start with those? '05? '11?) replace the upper and lower U bolt mounts so just find someone on CL who's selling a pair of leafs or coils from one of those trucks and ask if they've got the U bolt hardware lying around because if they lifted the truck chances are they do.

Yeah, that's exactly what I'm going to do today!!! Now, I'm just trying to decide should I go with some 7/8" diameter or just stay with the 3/4 inches??? The factory leave spring U-bolts were 3/4" which will probably be just fine to go with again, but why not go with some just a bit stronger??? The only penalty is a little bit more weight and about $20 more for the whole set. What you guys think???

And thanks again!!!

Just wanted to THANK YOU guys again for the help!!! I ordered what I needed from ATS. I called both Stengel Bros. and ATS, but I gotta say I was much more impressed with ATS as Bob went out his way in helping to make sure what I was ordering was going to fit as needed for my project, and he answered all my questions and that's very much appreciated!!! Heck, I placed the order and within 30 minutes I received an email with the tracking #, now that's what I call good service!!!

Whoever it was I spoke to at Stengel Bros. didn't seem to care about being just a bit patient in wanting to help me with my questions, you know like how long the treads are??? And that's fine, as it was ATS was more than happy help and have my little bit of business!!!

Pennsylvaniaboy, thanks again for the lead to ATS, I was very happy to have dealt with those folks!!!!

Thanks again!!!
