I have a 3 speed T Case that I thought had a bearing fail. Pulled it apart and found nothing wrong other than the input seal was bad and filled it with atf. Very hot atf. All bearings, thrust bearings and gears are fine. The only issue I see is the shims for the rear output shaft. They are coned out. Can anyone confirm this for me and help out if I need parts. This is a trail truck that only sees 4-600 km a year and hardly ever over 70km/hr. Thanks
