Stock mod Lights...

I know we have to have taillights and headlights...my question is, do they have to work? We're completely re-doing my entire rig and are trying to see if we need to wire these up.

Lights must be inplace, but we do not check as to their functioning :D

Correct, don't worry about wiring them up for actual use...
