I've been thinking of this stuff lately too. Actually when I bounced my Missing links off a steep rock. I was thinking when I get a bumper on this thing it's going to jar the Chit out of me.

I was thinking that my front bumper will have an angle like so -/ for sliding up things, putting the plastic stuff on that angle would help my slide up.

we use a similar substance under our john deere corn and bean heads so they slide on the ground well when on the combine. can buy 4x4 sheets for very affordable and had planned on makign my flat belly skid on my jeep/zuk project out of this stuff with a frame work to suport it.
can get 1/4" up to 3/4"

Rockrat.... you should market those for specific applications. They look clean and professional. I'd buy some if the hard stuff was already done!
