I am sending this to you as a heads up, so to speak, of some legislation that is being drawn up in Wyoming and a few other states. I, and many other concerned citizens would be greatly relieved to see legislation of this type put into effect in this state as a protective measure against the over reach of Constitutional authority by the Federal government and the further trampling of our 2nd amendment Rights.
