after sitting and pondering this I could not fing out how to make this work cheeply. The reason I need to make this cheep is because I will be putting a toyota dual transfercase setup there for the drive shaft that I make to connect the zuk T-case to the toy axles will be useless to me. If any one has any Ideas or has delt with the problem and information will be greatly aprechated

I'm pretty sure late model (post 88.5) have the same pattern as some toys, you just need to find those pinion flanges.

I have those flanges. I think I'm finding out I need a certain year toyota double cardian shft to make it work. just not sure which one.

Forgot to tell you you will need to enlarge the hole in the flange for the shoulder on the d-shaft.

Here is some info about installing a toy shaft in a zuk. It tells you what you need to do to the flanges and stuff.I run custom adaptors on my toy shaft. http://www.izook.com/tech/toyotadriveshaft_installation.htm

Use 88.5 or newer Zuk flange with pilot enlarged just a tad + ~1985 or newer Toy shaft (the one with 14mm bolt heads)

hey zuk88, did you make your own spacers or did someone make them for you? I was wanting to do the same thing just so I can move it around my property until I get it to the point were it is done and I will order new driveshafts. If you made them yourself can you let me know what you did to save myself some time.
