Going to the dunes....running 38 x12.5 TSLs on beadlocks......~3500 lbs.

About what air pressure should I try?

If you have beadlocks, 2 would be good.... I went with 8 cuz I aint got beadlocks (duh) and it was pretty damn good.... Until I blew a bead...

Ditto...same tire size as UP_ROKTOY . Oh, no beadlocks on mine. No prob. 4 banger though.

I gennerally like 3psi front and 2psi in back. If I still can't make it up a steep dune I go to 2psi front and 1.25 psi rear. Believe it or not the truck floats about 4 times better at the lower psi but you start breaking inner beads on sidehills and you lose steering precision especially when on off cambers--the truck will be slow to respond and crab walk like crazy--this makes the inner bead come off even more so.

Front tires, about 5-7psi.

Rear tires, about 1-1.5psi (no beadlocks)

Keep the front ones aired up to not peel beads on corners. Besides, I run 99% 2WD and 5,000rpms in the dunes anyway. :flipoff2:
