I just bought this tranny and I'm supposed to replace the inner seal for it. Where exactly is this and how do i replace it?

I took off that plate that is behind the converter and pryed it out. On the right wall on the inside, there seems to be a hole about the size of the small end of a matchbox. Is it supposed to be there?

So basically where is this 'inner seal' and how do i replace it. Thanks alot.

No clue what you're asking. There are dozens of seals in a TH350, only three (output, selector shaft, kickdown cable) that show externally visible signs of leakage, these are also the only ones that can be changed without removing either the tranny or engine. The input seal and front pump seals can show by a wet converter or pump housing, but you'd probably have to pull the dust cover to see this unless it's leaking a whole lot.
