Running into an issue on my Ford, hoping this community can help.
I did a Sky Offroad Super Duty axle swap on my OBS. All new springs and shocks, whole 9 yards. Ever since finishing, my front passenger side is about an inch low at the door. Can’t figure out why.

What I have checked;
Wheels and tires: Everything matches and is even. Tires have identical pressure and are the same size. Same rims.
Suspension: New bilstien shocks, new springs should match
Reverse Shackle Kit: Double-checked all the suspension measurements, they match and are good. I followed Sky’s directions.
Axle components: Double checked I wasn’t missing a lift plate or something against other 4x4 2004 Super Duty F-350s (axle donor) and doesn’t seem like the passenger side is missing a lift plate. Shock mounts look identical so I doubt they are reversed.
Panhard Bar: New panhard bar looks adjusted fine, I had a good local shop do the alignment. Even if it was off I don’t see how it would cause passenger side to be lower.

Anything else I should be looking at? I am stumped.

Springs From a matched set? New? installed the same way front to back on both sides?
And your sure the frame is straight? I had issues with mine sitting square. Passenger side frame was bent between rad support mount and first cab mount ever so slightly.. sagged the passenger side of the truck about an inch..... (I shouldn't jump big trucks...or plow into shit that's in my way).. Had to get it straightened out to fix the issue.
And the panhard was causing bind too. I deleted it. Seemed to ride better without.

Used to sit level pre-swap and has only driven on paved roads since then. One axle perch seems higher off of the tube than the other, but in the 2004 SD suspension there is no lift block to correct.

Springs do match. Will try the spring swap in a few weeks when I have time. And tinker with the panhard.

Mine looked square before I torched off the TTB from under it to sling the 60 in ........
How much of a difference between the perches? May be able to shim it?
I wouldn't run "lift blocks" of any kind on the front axle though.... Hell, I refuse to use them on the rear axle for that matter.

Fuel saddle tank and drivers weight plus cab bushings etc can make this happen, so can the rear springs. Just because springs look the same doesn't mean they will carry the weight the same.
