Ok, I've got a 2002 TJ Sahara, 4.5 RE superflex lift, 1.25 JKS body & 1" mml.
My wife gave me the ok to get tires/wheels. I need less back spacing than stock, and I'd like 35" tires. Rim size, besides back spacing, don't matter.
I've done a search, but found no new info.
My question for ya'll is, who shoud I buy from online. Best prices etc.

Oh, sorry, for now it's got stock gearing, and axels. I'm going with 4.88, and possibly upgrading axels in the near future.

The D35 will not last long with 35 inch tires so plan on the axle upgrade sooner rather than later. 35 inch tires are going to be about max size for your D30. What axle are you wanting to upgrade to? Axle could effect your choice of wheel. You will want 3.75 to 4.0 inches of back spacing. Stick with 8 inch wheels and 12:50 tires.

In that case don't regear the D35, wait for the axke swap.

How long the D35 holds up to 35s depends on how you wheel.

Personally I've gotten the best deals on tires from other Jeepers, not from dealers.

Summit racing has black "rockcrawler" like steel rims for about 36 bucks each. They have the perfect backspacing u need for an 8 inch rim running 12.50" tires. Stay away from aluminum. And you will most likely unless you drive like a saint end up replacing that 35. I just now as i write this welded in a rear 44 in place of my locked 35 that held up, so it can be done. Remember tho, D35s Blow up if u do any of the 3 "B"s Bouncing, Burnouts, or Binding. Good luck with your choice!!!

Thanks folks. My rear is a D44, front is 35. Due to $ restrictions, I have to build kinda slow. My wheelin for now is South Louisiana muddy trails, fire lanes etc. It's my DD, so untill I can afford a used tow rig, this one has to last. :)
