If you wheel in areas that are wet, muddy, snow, or whatever, I found that using Stainless Steel nuts work great from preventing corrosion. Stainless bolts are alright but like to gull up unless you use never-sleeze and SS bolts aren't good for high torque / stress areas. Grade 5 or 8 bolts with SS nuts come back apart with no sweat.

Use it or don't, like it or don't. What are your thoughts on it?
