yup.....when you go to the dmv all you need is a bill of sale..or pink slip all filled out.....date,price,vin#,discription of th vehicle or frame, then tell them you need plates also....its a few bucks more...just hope there is no late fees or leans on the vehicle..
just read it again ....you mean no vin no tag...i think that might be bad....as long as there no other vehicle running around and you got the pink for it..
just dont tell the dmv...they are pretty dumb
