anyone leave there tow rig and trailer at fresh pond chevron recently?

do i need to talk to anyone there? or just unload and go?

Probably best to check with someone at Freshpond before, never seen set ups left there. Maybe randomly due to break downs but not typical for trail use.

Rigs are street legal not necessarily street comfortable

Also backup plan if rigs are broken trailers aren't far.



I could ask the Chevron. They certainly seem to have plenty of space.



I've got a friend going for the first time and he really wants to run the trail all the way through.

Follow up!

I called Chevron Fresh Pond before our trip back in August. Asked if we could leave 3 trucks and trailers there, offered to pay. The person I talked to supposedly talked to the owner, and relayed back to me we were good to go. We bought gas and some stuff at the store but didn't "pay for storage". Left tow rigs and trailers there for 4 days without issue. So I'd call it a decent option. Thanks to Chevron Fresh Pond owners/management if they ever read this!

i knew i had heard someone somewhere at some point had left tow rigs there

just a heads up for the next guy, they are not open all night

i stopped there at 10pm on a friday and they were closed

no topping off on ice for me that weekend :homer:

Any updates on best place to park? I’m headed there for mcr with a tow rig this time, and am expecting loon parking to be quite busy. Is there adequate “safe” parking there?

I park at the Chalet and have never had any issues, aside from meat bees.
On the left before first dam. There's a sign.

Pull over anywhere past “OHV allowed” and unload and wheel.

People everywhere for MCR, nobody will mess with your rig.

Are green sticker rigs legal on the road from the Chalet?

Whats the best parking for Wentworth?

Been forever since I have gone in through Wentworth, and have never parked at the Chalet.

Trying to decide the best option for this weekend.
